LAS3

LAS3 was developed from the challenge of designing and realizing a comfortable and practical chair with minimum effort and minimum waste of material, obtained only by cutting and bending a planar surface. The monocoque stool is made of birch wood sheets, cut, bent and glued together to form a plywood structure. Shape and material avoid the assembly phases and the use of screws, nails or other joints. In just a few steps, the result is a single surface of elegantly curved plywood, a chair with simple and sinuous lines.
